Hi

Can anyone provide advice on what to check using proxies?

i have 20 private proxies - should i uses proxies to check

submission
pr
verification
email

is there a reccomended setting?

i am running 8 5 tier virtual asia projects

    Use proxies for everything except email checking.

    I use proxies for everything except Mail and Verification.
