My GSA Captcha Breaker is not sending the captchas to my secondary captcha breaker??

Hi guy I don't know why but there is something wrong with my Gsa Captcha breaker! Look at this: http://gyazo.com/9d406cb3ebf97d6f8f811f1471fa0125
It is all set up as it should be? It was working just fine a couple of days ago? And then I got this message  http://gyazo.com/8cdd647af106ad11ebb81f5785365327 
I don't know what is happening ? Can someone help me to fix this issue

    Do you have "simulate the following captcha services" checked in CB with deathbycaptcha selected? If so, uncheck that if you're running with SER.

    Your second image isn't working for me though so not sure about the message.

    Are you using this with Search Engine Ranker? If so, you can uncheck the "run as webserver" option and it should still communicate with SER just fine. If you're trying to emulate deathbycaptcha, it's not going to forward failed captchas to deathbycaptcha properly so you should uncheck that.

    Click the "add" button in your image and choose Captcha Breaker. Going by your image, you don't have it setup to use Captcha Breaker at all.

    In Captcha Breaker, uncheck the "run as webserver" option.

    Death by captcha... I tested the password and username it says the login is successful but I don't see the service working?

    Uncheck the option "send only marked types". That is used if you only want to send specific captcha types to the secondary service.
