Spinner on Manual Article Adding Not Working Properly

When i add articles manually and i use internal spinner, it doesn't works properly. For the first spinned word it automatically puts :"|The Hague|'s Gravenhage|Den Haag" words. This happens in title and in the body both.
I've downloaded the english dictionary again but problem didn't solved.
(version 9.49 at the moment)
