Can't get past 30 lpm, even with my own verified list of 20k -> all engines and no filters?

    All engines is not way to high lpm. Uncheck engines with low targets. Also you can post your settings. Maybe something can be improved.

    Check number of links in your verified / identified lists for every engine (i dont know what lists you use) and manually uncheck these with low number of targets.

    ALso you can open a project > right-click on the engines list > Uncheck engines based on performance

    Unchecking engines based on performance gained me a lpm boost, i now run at around 40lpm - still very slow :/
