gsa ser engine script editor or Imacro ?

hi
i did read the manual and few scripts from gsa ser engines, but it seems to me complicated to understand
in other way imacro is easy to learn and i already used it to perform some tasks

what do you think ? do i have to continue practicing with Imacro or do i have to invest in learning gsa engines editor ?

    Well to improve the engines in SER and to also add new ones for SER to work with, you'll need to understand how the ini files work and are set up.

    Thanks trevor, i'm just wondering what is worth my time
    continue with imacro which is relatively easy or switch to gsa ser editor
