I'm trying to run GSA on my home computer and i'm getting this error, can someone please help me?

I've uninstalled and downloaded from the main site but this error keeps popping up, anyone else experiencing this? It's annoying and I want to get to work.

    GSA = company name SER = The software

    I'm PMing you an alternate download that should fix the issue. I'm not sure why this happens, but some people from different locations sometimes have trouble downloading it. There is a download mirror link on the main website under the download button, but I'll send you a link from my G drive just in case.
