Generate Title Feature in Article Manager doesn't work correctly.

Hey, @Sven! It seems that checking and unchecking the boxes in the "Choose Topics" step of the Generate Title tool in Article Manager doesn't correctly remove or add the correct categories from Tweakyourbiz's title generator. (i.e. When I uncheck "SEX" for the keyword "Retirement" I still get the article title "Can Sex Sell Retirement?") Silly examples aside, I would also appreciate a way for SER to remember my settings for that the next time I generate titles for another campaign.

    Anyway I now see what you mean. The selection has indeed be ignored. I will fix that in next version.

    Oh sorry. http://tweakyourbiz.com/tools/title-generator/ It uses the exact same title generation so I assumed you used it somehow. And thank you very much.

    hmm actually no. I used some other sets, an my set is a bit more as well. Anyway, if you know some better sources for titles let me know and I update that.

    Ah, my mistake then. I will definitely know if I find anything better.
