question on setting up a 2nd tier project

from the image below when doing a tier 2 from tier 1 is it proper tick or untick "use a random URL from above on every submission" box

becos i feel living it unticked will also build link to tier 1 as well as tier 2 pls need your opinion

    no, that option is useless if you have it working a s a tier project.
