Google is closed

Can I run my SER when my google is closed and i cant search there anything.
I am not scraping by SER, I have my list and all search engines are not checked, I am using proxies from revers proxies.

So will I have problem in this way?

    you do not need to have access to google. However the PR might not be correct (always PR?) and of course no targets returned by google search. However there are plenty of other search engines to use (but you dont seem to use them anyway).
