'Sorry, sending the bug report didn't work' error

I logged into my VPS saw that SER encountered some error with 'Continue', 'Restart' and 'send bug report' options. I clicked on send bug report, it was doing something for about an hour and then I get the 'Sorry, sending the bug report didn't work' error.

    actually not that many, around 300 i think
