How to rank this kw?

The competition for this kw is as follows:

I have a 1 year old domain, what would it take to rank this kw? I have 0 money to invest in it and this seemed the lowest comp kw I could find. Atm my plan is to create 1-page web 2.0-s with spun text as my Tier 1 and then let my friend blast 10 links/day per web 2.0 to those web 2.0-s (all the links should have domain PR 3+, the links consists of Articles, SNs, SBs, wikis, contextual videos, directories, forum profiles). 

Could I rank for this KW with this strategy? How many web 2.0-s should I do (I know, very hard question but I mean a ballpark of 10 or 50 or 100 or 500)? 

I would really like to hear your opinions :) Thanks!

    My opinion is you should do a better job of obfuscating your URLs

    keyword "image" is not as easy as you expect.

    I can see what KW you are targeting because you haven't hidden the URLs in the image well enough

    @karupoiss, just focus more on building relevant links,there are tons of ways to get relevant links,all this "methods" and "strategies" out there rarely work nowadays.Do your own research or pay someone to do it for u to make things easier for u

    Focus on contextual backlinks, and don't spam your tier 1 with junk blog comments.
