Remove verified URLs when they fail verification twice

Could you add a feature to the auto-verification that will only remove verified URLs when they fail verification twice (or x times) instead of once?

    @sven I am in for this feature as well. At the moment a lot of good links are removed because of server issues, temporally unavailable sites...etc
