New Popup

I'm getting this new popup called "custom submission mode" which I have to press ok for. What is this?

    It's for manual submission where you get a popup asking you to write the content (with a suggestion) on your own. This way you can submit to very high PR sites like BlogComments and write comments related to that site (the popup also shows the content of the site to submit to).

    uncheck the option "enable custom mode" to turn it off.
