not submitting as many links in a project with high priority

I have a project in which I set to high priority. I currently have 5 projects running with 100 threads and 5 private proxies. The issue here is why on the other projects with lower priority has a larger submitted links than this current one with higher priority? What can I do to have GSA to post more links to this particular project? I've checked to use all search engines and added more keywords. The type of backlinks settings on both projects are exactly the same (wiki, guestbook, trackback, etc).

    Sorry not much you can do here. Just bad luck I would say.

    @Sven in terms of the number of proxies I have. How many threads do you recommend me running on so that I don't get blocked?

    just keep that number for waiting between search engine queries to a good level...above 90seconds...rest is up to you.
