Whats the best way to add site lists

K when I add my site lists it asks me two questions split into list of urls , and something else whats the best options to select with these yes or no answers?

well splitting them is OK if they all share the same engines you are interested in. Else you might want to import all URLs to all projects. Also consider to import the URLs directly to site lists using options->advanced->tools->...
