What's the best config with 10 Semi-dedicated proxies ?

I just ordred 10 Semi-dedicated proxies from BuyProxies. I want to ask what's the best config to setup in GSA ?

 - Number of threads

 - Use proxies for : 

    - Search Engines ?

    - Submission ?

    - PR checking ?

    - Verification ?

    - E-mail checking ? (i'm using Hotmail emails)
