Generic Anchor Text file modification to a different language

Probably you have run into this when working in German projects.

I am working on a project in Spanish and I would like the generic text to be in Spanish instead of English of course.

I noticed I can click "edit" next to the generic anchor text choice and it takes me to a notepad (text) file that I could change. But if I do so I will be changing all the generic anchor text that other projects in English are using.

What's the way around it? How can I use generic anchor text in a different language only on one specific project?

Im afraid that this is not possible unless you want to abuse the secondary anchor text as generic one.
