Can We Use an URL in:

I'm trying to get a few more links that are more contextual and thought why not just add the relevant text around the link.

I want to have <a href="%URL%" title="%anchor_text%" alt="%anchor_text%">%anchor_text%</a> in the following platforms but not sure what impact it would have. 

1) Blog Comments
2) About Me
3) Video Comments

OR will it get stripped out?


Does anyone have some experience here?

    The "alt" tag is only for images. Title however might stay but I am not sure about this. I don't think it has much effect when it comes to SEO anyway.

    @Sven - would just the hyperlink stay or be allowed in: 

    1) blog comments
    2) about me
    3) video comments

    Or if it's not allowed does GSA strip it out for the particular entry? (Like it does with articles, depending on the article platform)

    Going to run the campaigns tomorrow...just don't want to leave behind a big footprint.

    every html is stripped out if that engine does not allow html.

    Do most about me, blog comments, and video comments, strip it out?

    Depends on the engine. Have a look in the ini file and see "allow html=".
