Pyramid Link Types

I'm looking for a guide that shows what type of links that are built and at what level. I know that everyone has their own way of doing it, but I don't have any point of reference. I remember seeing one that had Tier 1 then T1A, then T2 then T2A etc. but I can't find it anymore. (should have bookmarked it!). I think Ozz was posting on it. Anyways, I'll take just about anything as a point of reference and go from there.
