URL Shortener- How to setup for multiple URL

I need some direction. I try to look for solution using site:https://forum.gsa-online.de.

If I have 10 Web 2.0 sites, what setting should I use to create say 5 URL shorteners for each of them? I try to use Scheduled Posting under Option - set the Maximum accounts per site to 10 and it ends up creating a total of 5 URL shorteners (sequential creation).

Does it really matter how many shortened URLs you create? I don't get why someone would limit it. Those URLs are not linked anywhere or are visible as long as you don't create a link with it.
