popups for category and captcha should be lower priority then config and edit windows
when opening any config or edit window and popups show up (category choosing or catpcha solving windows)
its not easy to finish the configuration that one has started because sometimes the popups come one after the other
on top of that right now I was editing a project and popup windows were coming and
I have lost the edit window from site and cannot do any other action on GSA SER
not even close it ... so I am going to have to CTRL+ALT+DEL the program
unless one knows of a solution (will I lose all submission/verification done)
how often does it autosave ?

and as the categories are not well thought (which is the norm)
and option to ask user for category if not found is checked
then when project is started and it cann't find categories it asks one after the other
the categories from each site with popup (modal dialog http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modal_window)
which does not let use the rest of the software interface
please at least make the dialog NON MODAL so one can go into settings
and correct categories or at least stop project ...
