What settings to increase PA?

Hi,

I have created quality web 2.0's, I am blasting them now on my VPS with PR+1 only websites.

Will this increase the authority of the web 2.0 so I can then link it to my money site?

Or is there better methods?

Will domain PR only give power, or should it be just page PR?

    That will increase it, maybe the PA will be 30 - 40 after a few months.
    But i don't think you'll get it any higher with SER

    Thats exactly what I am aiming for!

    Is it safe to blast a web 2.0 with lots of links per day? like 1000 links a day? 

    the web 2.0 will go to my money site and then I will also build other tiers to the above web 2.0's.

    That's the point of using Web 2.0 properties. Don't go apeshit and kill them, though. 1000 a day is way overboard.

    @andrewsfm - Personally i don't blast them like that, i use around 100 submitted per day.
    But i know other people hit them hard. I've never tried that so i can't recommend you do that though.

    How many links from my web 2.0 to money site is ok?

    I would like to have one to the home page and one to a category on each tier 1 web 2.0 so im ranking the home page and posts within a category.
