Limit number of Posts to a particular type of post

If i create Tier 1 to post to

Article
Video
web 2.0
SEREngines

and have pause after 40 submissions / verifications under options

is there anyway to say possible to set it to its posts 10 to each?

as right now i get allot more of one type of the 4 links to the other, and i want a more balanced link profile.

create separate projects for each type and you will have granular control. Otherwise it is not doable as certain engines are always mor popular than others.
