How to build the same backlinks to multiple "destinations"

Hey guys,

So when Im making a new project, I can add as many URLs as I want that I wont to post links too - but as I understand it, GSA will build its backlinks randomly to any of the URLs I add to the project.

However, the desired behavior Im after is this:

Can GSA build that same amount of backlinks to each URL i add to my project?

For example, say I have a verified list of 20 000 links.  If i add 10 web2.0 links to my project (the URLs I want to rank), is it possible to setup GSA to build 20 000 links to each of my URLs (not a total of 20 000 links to any or the 10 web2.0)

    You have to create 10 projects for each URL to make the most out of it.
