How to identify engines that SER can post to and has the ability to remove them later if needed?

@Sven
I am looking for a way to identify engines that SER can post to but also has the ability to remove them later in case I want to.
I read in another thread that project status "Active (Remove Links)" can be used to remove links. I need to get a list of those engines only that work with this feature

Is there a way to identify those from engines file?
Thanks

    search for "[Delete" in all engine files. Those having it also allow you to remove links later on.
