Project stuck on "possible new target urls from present account"

One of my projects is stuck on "possible new target urls from present account" and does nothing else. It should only be posting but it just fills the log screen with the above message over and over again without end. Here is a screenie of the settings below search engines - http://prntscr.com/32c2wh
