Building Tiers

I remember earlier when you clicked new(project) and a project was selected automatically a tier was formed for that project. Though I didn't like that feature then it was removed but I miss it. Maybe a drop down in main new (project) to add tier and when a single project is selected while clicking it, it automatically makes tier for it.Also if we can add option like import data fields too from same project nothing like it.
