Weird URLs in Show Remaining Target URLs

Don't click on it, as it's malware but I have hundreds of these type of URLs in one of my projects - REMOVED

Any ideas why this is happening or how to stop SER from pulling this sort of data? (No lists, just scraped)

    The ; and numbers are from SER...ignore that if it's a problem.
