A rework of how SER handles email - automation

edited March 2014 in Feature Requests
I had some time to think about the workload connected with handling emails in multiple projects and how to streamline it so please read below and tell me what you think about this:

The idea is to create a 2 layer system - 1st, a centralized email panel that allows you to heavily automate things and 2nd, a project only panel which allows you to override the settings if needed - read below for the functions:

E-mail - a centralised panel under the main options button (accessed by clicking gear icon options -> "E-mail" from the available list)

Manual options:
- import mails from list, clipboard etc.
- remove duplicate mails
- test mails
- test if mails are blacklisted (manually)
- filter email view (by mask, provider, project used)

Automatic options:
- automatically check emails for being blacklisted every ... days (next check in ... days)
- automatically set blacklisted emails to verify only
- automatically set used emails to verify only after ... days
- automatically remove blacklisted email from active projects after ... days
- automatically remove verify only emails after being verify only for ... days
- notify if total free email address count below ...

project panel - accessed by doubleclicking a project name anc selecting "E-Mail verification"
--
options
- use ... emails for project
- manually enter used email instead of using automatic email import
- currently assigned to project: ... working emails, ... verify only emails

Why such a change? - it would allow to automate things very much and let us focus on the macro-management aspect of linkbuilding instead of the micromoanaging of assets (such as email accounts). The transition would also be very easy to achieve as current settings could just be ported as project specific settings and the general email panel easily slipped underneath.
