import links?

hello everyone,

i have one doubt about How to import verified links to my project? normally i do Right click -> import target URL's -> from file -> ok .. 

but today morning i noticed one more option is there like in options->Tools->import site lists -> (Identified , successful , verified , failed )..

which one is best to import the verified links into my site ?

can u help me wat to do ?

importing directly is the best and fastest solution rather than waiting that projects asks the site lists for random urls.
