import verified links

Hi there ,

i have one doubt.. How to import verified links to my project? normally i do Right click -> import target URL's -> from file -> ok ..

but today morning i noticed one more option is there like in options->Tools->import site lists -> (Identified , successful , verified , failed )..

so,my doubt is which one is best for import the verified links into my site ?

can u help me wat to do ?
