stuck on searching and testing for new proxies
the program has been stuck on "proxylist: searching and testing for new proxies" for quite some time
I see threads reported as running (left bottom box) but I don't see any activity in the log
the program seems like it needs restarting
and CSX2 reports that the last submission to it was a long time ago
so I force restart the application
the resources don't seem to have gone over limits, 300MB for GSA, something like 40MB for CSX2 and nothing else really running on the system apart from necessary windows processes for a system with total 4000MB of RAM
could there be something in the proxylist searching that needs optimizing ?

before it used to happen with SER every 2-3 days but with last version I have not seen it at all
will report if it happens again
