Well this is not what you might expect. The check is done in a way that URLs who have been pulled from the verified list or from previous accountes are no longer added to the verified sits as they obviously have been in there before. Thats the only check done.
I am currently debugging this and it seems all working for me. URLs are getting added once verified. Just not URLs from previously verified accounts, where the source was the "verified site list" or those from engines with a fixed URL. I see no problem here. Do you guys have the site list enable din global options?
@Sven Yeah that was the first thing I checked and it's enabled.
It makes sense that if the project uses URLs from the verified folder it shouldn't add them again but that's not the problem. It doesn't add verified URLs even if the project uses URLs from Identified folder or direct import in the project.
The project you sent me worked fine over here. It had all the urls in it for instant verification (after submission) and also for the later verification. Could you give me an URL where this happened?
@Sven, just realised this is happening with my own projects too. I have noticed that SER is not saving any of the verified urls from Buddypress at all, other platforms maybe effected though.
Essentially I have started using SER again from a new project. Fresh install and updated. I put my old verified list in the identified folder and set SER to run saving anything that still verifies to the verified folder. As expected SER is saving verified URLs to the verified folder but when I inspect my actual projects to see what platforms they have in their verified url cache it has a number of Buddypress in there but there are none in the Verified folder.
It maybe happening with other platforms too, just Buddypress is the only one I know 100%.
are you getting anywhere with this? Is there anything we can do to help? Such as log reports or server access?
I am willing to send you over my buddypress target sites that are verifying project side but not making it to the verified folder so you can run them through SER if you think it will help.
shaun well every time I debug this, it is working fine over here. Are you really sure tit is not just pulling the sites from your present accounts or verified lists itself?
The projects I use to process my scrapes pull from the identified folder only, they run and most the URLs that verify go to the verified folder. When I right click the project in the project pane and go Show URLs ->Verified there are a whole number of BuddyPress links there but in the verified folder there are either none or only one.
Strange fault, I have been busy today but I will toy around with it a little more tomorrow and report back. I cant see anything that could be causing it for specific platforms on my side as the majority of platforms go through with no problems.
I set up a fresh project from scratch not using any templates. The only category was Buddypress. It had 40 verified URLs pulled from the identified folder but the verified folder is only showing 3 of them. This is in addition to the projects I have running normaly loaded from templates with much more Buddypress verifieds that have not been sent to the verified folder.
With 50 threads GSA SER is using 100% CPU. I was running it at 300-800 threads for a while and it never used more than 50% cpu and im using the same list and engines.
I dont think its a dedi but I don't have any way of testing that.
@Sven just updated to 10.34 and my verified list remains empty. I tested it on two different servers. I am not sure, but I think 10.33 was working partially, I only saw two types of articles in most of my folders.
Brandon have you had new verified links created since you updated? Also have they been saved to the hard disk as I dont think they show up until they are viewable in the verified url pane on the project anyway.
Also can you just confirm that the tick box near verified is ticked in the options tab of SER?

It seems there's really some platforms which are not recorded/saved into verified folders.
@Sven I've sent you a pm.
I'm on 10.15 and don't want to update until I know it works.
