Important Message Concerning Email..

I keep getting these errors.....I have no clue what the heck they are.....anyone else?

[Date]: Email login error for [email address]: Valid name, no data record of requested type

I know a couple of users got that as well. That error is from the email provider not within SER. So I don't now either what it means.

Just ran the latest update and now my GSA SER won't launch.  It shows it running in the services but will not display on screen.  How the heck to I get it to launch without reinstalling

The same goes to me. GSA SER will not start anymore.
