Check proxies against google search function on "proxy list options" tab.

I really like that GSA SER allows us to test proxies against Google search engine after clicking "Add Proxy" button and searching them online.

But one thing missing is the ability to check proxies against google when GSA SER is automatically searching for new proxies every 60 minutes or so.
It would let us export to file not only anonymous but also working google search proxies.


That is the function that I would like to see on GSA SER:

It is probably not hard to implement (already available on "List" tab) and I'm sure that many of us would like to see it on next GSA SER update ;)

    well it does such a check already. All you have to do is disable the check to test against anonymous behaviour and just test against google once manually. All further checks are done against that as well.

    By "just test against google once manually" you mean using function mentioned on my first image right? I know that SER is probably using only google search passed proxies for scraping but function I mentioned above would allow us to automatically search and export only google passed proxies to file every few hours and use them with other tools.

    Just like you said now we need to do it manually :)

    No, ou don'T have to do it manually. Once you do it just one time manually it uses that method to test also later on when doing it automatically.

    Then I check manually the working proxies against google search:

    I did that only with the active proxies.
    Yet the settings remain on bing:

    What am I doing wrong?

    I am not sure if I am right, but it seems that if I do as you say, it uses the last custom url for testing. I changed that to google, and I am waiting for results.

    well it's right, as long as you disable anonymous testing and did a manual test against something else, it uses that method to test even on automatic testing.

    to know this is why be I guess, there is no information, only there is this post.Information in the menu, or manual or anything.

    Now that is how to do it, do me not exporting external proxies.
