Internet Speed for GSA SER

Which is the most important when it comes to posting speed: upload speed or download speed? i currently have 5mbit upload and 50 mbit download. I have the option to upgrade my internet connection, but i don't know which one should i upgrade.

    download speed is more important as you download more than you submit.
