SER continues to post without active engines or urls lists

Hello, I have cleared all urls caches and lists (although I haven't ever imported any) and disabled all engines. But SER still is working. I have attached photo and txt output. Thanks for help

    The URLs you see are from the Web2.0 category who come all with a fixed URL to submit to. They don't need any way to get targets.
