Question about "Already Parsed"

Hi,

If I have these settings in my project:

> 2 posts per account

> 5 accounts per site

and I keep getting "already parsed" in the log, does that mean it has already posted the max times? ie 10. Or does that mean that it has posted once and it is waiting for me to clear my url cache etc?

Also, does that mean that the exact URL has been parsed, or just that domain?

that usually means that this site has no engine where accounts can be created and it has been tried to post to it before.
