required variable was not used in form

I am running project  and saw many error on this required variable error

required variable "your e-mail,login" was not used in form

how to fix this?

In the project option [if a form field can not be filled] I usually set to [choose random]  but try to increase successful rate I switch to [ask user] but it never pop up for uer input

please help

It'S not a matter of the project but the site. It's propably a not working site, wrongly detected or somehow different from the one expected.
