Use Proxies When Submitting to Scraped Lists?

Hey guys, for those of you who scrape contextual lists; do you guys use proxies when submitting? 

I'm noticing a big increase in LPM when I don't use them. Just wondering if there are any reasons why I should use them.

    If you encounter some honeypot site or your host got notice by one of the webmasters , you might lose your vps/server . If you have a bulletproof host then go ahead without proxies . But even then your ip would be blacklisted .So,  In any condition i suggest you still use proxies . look at the similar thread where a guys ip was compromised and listed by spamhaus .
