How to fill the "About Yourself" section ?

Hi all,
I've just purchased a copy of GSA and I want to fill the "About yourself" section in GSA, how shall I do that ?
GSA help says "Please fill this with some information about yourself" but I don't know exactly how to do it.
Any help would be great!

    MMAE You should be using some kind of a content generator for GSA SER such as Kontent Machine or Wicked Article Creator. This will create all of the fields for you and also keep those fields varied between projects.
