Post only to Scrapebox harvested list

Hi

Can somebody advise me how to target / post to just the urls harvested from a scrapebox list?

1. where would i upload this list to? just general upload under tools - upload or to a special folder
2. how do i tell GSA to only look at this list

Make sure all search engines are deselected

Make sure you are not using any verified/submitted lists (under search engines)

Make sure you have not checked the box to check competitors links (under search engines)

Right click project, import urls
