How to use same captcha breaker license in multiple users in same PC

I have a windows servers and having many users so how can i use captcha breaker in all users.. i tried but it didn't solving any captchas, Can you please help me with this?

I am 99% sure that this will not be allowed. You need to buy multiple licenses.
