SER does not remember program window position
Sometimes when SER is set to display on half the screen (or any other non-fullscreen setting for that matter) and is then minimized either by pressing the minimize button or the icon on the windows toolbar it does not return to its previous state when accessed again, but rather to a semi-fulscreen mode.
So:
clicking other program toolbar icon then toolbar icon of SER works as intended with SER keeping the position and size (since it is just the other program overlapping it ans SER did not in fact move at all) anything else makes SER go into semi-fullscreen mode
