How to organize projects?

What is the best way to organize projects. I'm building manually Tier 1 links (Web 2.0 profiles) and build Tier 2 and Tier 3 links to them with SER.

Assuming I have e.g. 15 Web 2.0 properties in a URL list of the project and I add 5 more later will these 5 also be submitted to already processed target URLs or will they be skipped because of "already parsed"?

In this case it would make sense to add the later created Web 2.0 profiles to a new project, otherwise I can add all links to one single project.
