How does "Ask all captcha services" work?

Hello,
Say I have the following configuration
1. Reverse Proxies OCR
2. GSA Captcha breaker
3. Death by Captcha
If I select, ask all captcha services, how does it work?
Option 1 - It will first send it to Reverse Proxies OCR, if failed then to GSA Captcha breaker, followed by Death by Captcha?
Option 2- It will send it to all the services simultaneously and selects the first right answer?
