Similiar thing happenned to me but what I did was to have a figure in "Pause project after" xxx in the Options tab under Project setting. Once, I took it off it started to verified the submitted links. Other then that I used a large number of private dedicated proxies & only running at about half the amount of threads using GSA CB & another captcha service. Also look at how many proxies are working when the project is running.
