It doesn't get any better than GSA CB. Take that one to the bank. Been there, did that, tried the others.
I personally wouldn't get into the recaptcha side of things until you can economically justify having a special solving service for additional targets. When you get there, there are some providers here that can help, as well as services like deathbycaptcha and other manual pay-as-you-go services.
But trust me, don't waste a dime on any of that fancy stuff until you prove that you are ready. Most people don't need anything else more than CB.
