Ability to erase state of proxy source

Hello Sven, 

I wonder if it would be possible to delete the memory on the state of proxy list ? 

I apologize in advance for the traductor not going to help me. 

If I scrape the list of proxy and after my vpn bug for example, it "erases" all my valid proxy. 

The problem is that SER' remember the state of the proxy list. 

This memory of state is a quality, by cons if network bug, it would be nice to be able to reset it.
