Allowing posting on same domain - How to prevent this?

So SER is posting links for all my projects to the same domain as seen in pic. How do I turn off allowing posting more than once on the same domain? The only feature I see that looks like it might be related is the scheduled posting? I'm I missing something? Any help is appreciated!

    you mean like

    project > edit > options > "allow posting on same site again"

    @jpvr90 Yes, project > edit > options > "allow posting on same site again"  is the only feature I see that relates to posting on same site. I have that option unchecked. I would think this would prevent SER from posting to the same site again but it's not.
